Do 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity, four to five days per week. Round out the week with two days of doing strength exercises. This will help you stay fit, which will keep you young and lively. Exercise a little bit more each day. The aging process slows your metabolism, so you must work harder to burn calories. Try walking quickly for 30 minutes, five days per week.
